Ryan Lewis's little league team has been invited as the sole team to represent the United States in Lithuania for a week long international tournament.  The Lithuania sports ministry is funding living expenses while there, but the team has to come up with their own travel expenses - about $20,000 for the team!!!  So, the whole team has been doing candy bar sales, running snack bars at local events, and looking for corporate donations.  If anyone has a good idea for fundraising for the team or knows a business that would like to support their team, please let John know!!!  john@trailmasters4wd.com   (Donations go to South Irvine Little League and may be tax deductable)  See their web site at:

  •  Ben Fakkeldy -  Broke a front axle at High Desert Roundup the first day, and then started having some steering problems.  So, Ben has some repairs to do!

  • Brett and Jacki  - Brett has kept us posted on the Bulletin Board since they bought the 98 Cherokee ZJ, and he now has a replacement rear end, under armor accessories, and it will go to the shop soon for roll cage and cutting of excess sheet metal. It is shaping up quickly!!

  • Steve Foster - Now a body lift is being added to the numerous things on their Jeep.  What will it be next??

  • Terry Flood -  Has bought wide track front and rear differentials and they will be installed soon!

  • Kenny Foster - Has new 35" tires now, can't wait to break them in!!

  • Davis's Motor Home - The trailer hitch broke on the way down the hill from High Desert Round-up.  Everything was fine thanks to the road, I didn't think that we would ever say that, we were barely moving.  Now it is repair time.

  • Lewis's Motor Home  - Well, the Lewis's have been thinking about a newer motorhome to replace the old desert beater they've had for 16 years.  But, it has to be 30 feet or less to fit in the drive so it can packed up.  They couldn't find a lay-out that they liked, so it's time to get the get the old beater fixed up.  Gotta solve a driveline vibration, get it smogged, and fix the stove.

Pics:  We'll get some fresh pics added to the newsletter soon.  If you have some, please send them on over!!
