Sorry the
Newsletter so late. As you know, Judy Davis and Charleen Kennedy's
dad has been in and out of the hospital since the first part of August, and
he passed away on the 6th of September. The Kennedy's and the Davis's want
to Thank everyone for all of the support, cards, flowers, and their
condolences through this time.

Sheriff's 26th Annual Desert Run . Saturday, October
1st. 26 mile poker run. Articulation ramp, kids games, Saturday
night prize raffle, hot food, vendor displays.

Lake, Bessemer Mine Road. Registration open till 10PM Friday, 6-10AM
Saturday. Funds support Morongo Basin Search and Rescue team.
Halloween Run
- October 22-23. Means Dry Lake. Contact Ed and Katy Crook.
Bring GPS ad extra batteries. Let them know if you can or can't make
it.
Thanksgiving
- New place ear Olancha, Ghost Town Sierra Gordo. Talk to Mike
Thompson or Raymond Davis.
New Years at
the Mudd Hills. Camp Ground C as last year. Hopefully it
will be dry!

at the Davis House again. Halloween is looking good for the trial run.

Raymond Davis - Since kevin needs his tires and
wheels, Raymond has ordered his long-awaited wheels. They will be on
for Halloween too.
Danny Davis - Danny s always doing something.
Let's see, had a bikini top made, and put in a CB. Hey, now we can talk to
him. Also, he has bought srpings for the front and an ARB for the
front.
Steve Foster - Major restoration! Many, many
things are being done all at once, just like every lese does. Total
out of control, but ought to be great when it's all done.
John Lewis's Land-Mutt. When John built the Mutt
with the Jeep drivetrain, he just sort of hacked together wiring to get to
the CORVA event. That was in, what, 1999? Now, it's time to get it
sorted out. A "Painless" harness is on order.
